Human Capital Partner - Guillermo Silva

Based in Mexico, Guillermo Silva has over 34 years of experience in human capital including management of human resources, development of organizational structures, management of labor relationships, and designing compensation systems.  In 1999, Mr. Silva founded “OI Recursos Humanos S de RL,” a human capital firm.  Prior to that, Mr. Silva has led the human resources departments of several multinational companies such as Campbell`s de Mexico and Joy.  He also worked for Grupo ICA, FEMSA, General Electric, Organización MABE and as the top human resources government official for the state of Queretaro in Mexico.  Mr. Silva also served as a Board Member of CANACINTRA (National Chamber of the Transformation Industry), IMSS (Mexican Institute of Social Security), and COPARMEX (Confederation of Employers of Mexico).  Mr. Silva is currently the Treasurer of the Association of Executives of Industrial Relations and has served as the President of the Association.  Mr. Silva graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericanain Queretaro, Mexico where he obtained a postgraduate degree in Management of Human Resources and from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaroin Queretaro, Mexico where he obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration.
